The architectural concept unites the identities of its two clients: the ground floor lounge reflects the atmosphere of the Arts Club, while the sports and diagnostics areas above embody the clear, calm aesthetic of the Lanserhof Medical Spas. A striking bronze core, containing lobby, staircase, and lifts, anchors the building and sets a tone of quiet elegance.
Inside, white timber floors and walls create a serene backdrop for health and fitness. The medical fitness studio on the first floor is defined by high-quality materials and clean lines, while upper levels introduce a sophisticated lighting concept that shapes intimate changing cabins, personal training rooms, and yoga studios. The uppermost floors are dedicated to medical treatment, offering a surprisingly large number of consultation and therapy rooms within a compact footprint. All are designed to Lanserhof’s sustainable principles, ensuring material responsibility and spatial clarity. With its renewed façade, the project blends seamlessly into Mayfair’s historic streetscape while delivering a contemporary retreat.
